Shenzhen Lonphont Automation Co., Ltd. was established in 2009. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D design, manufacturing and finished product sales. It has introduced advanced technologies from home and abroad. The main components are imported from developed countries. It is one of the first companies in China to develop special laminating machines. It is dedicated to serving various corporate customers in the laminating industry and providing customers with a full range of automatic and intelligent integration solutions for laminating packaging.
Lonphont has a design team with rich industry experience and a professional and skilled production team, advanced process equipment, and has always maintained technical cooperation and exchanges with many well-known domestic colleges and industry organizations. The technical research and development strength ranks among the top in the industry. Among them, the fully automatic online glass laminating production line developed and designed for glass industry giants CSG Group and Qibin Group has become the first domestic technology leader and has been deeply recognized by customers in the industry.
After more than ten years of technology and market precipitation, Lonphont has 40+ independent research and development patents and has established a complete and unique product system, which is mainly used in: glass, electronics, sheet metal, plastics, printing, automobiles, new materials, ceramics and other fields. The main categories include: glass series laminating machines, insulating glass film production lines, plate series laminating machines, film roll series laminating machines, conventional series laminating machines, electronic circuit series equipment, and material collection and release series equipment.
It has successfully served more than 3,000 cooperative customers including glass, aluminum plates, LEDs, circuit boards, electronic displays, electronic hardware, electric heating films, plastic plate bathrooms, furniture, tiles, automobiles, and new materials.
With the development of the construction, automobile, and electronics industries, glass has been widely used in more and more fields, such as the airplanes, high-speed trains, cars, daily computers and electronic equipment we take, doors and windows, curtain walls, bathrooms, and furniture used at home. In order to solve the safety problem of glass injuries, the packaging, storage, transit, and transportation of glass, glass filming has become an important process before the glass leaves the factory. At the same time, the application of insulating glass and curtain wall glass is also one of the ways to accelerate the realization of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.

Development History

2009
From June to September 2009, the laminating machine equipment factory was planned and Lonphont Company was registered.
Lonphont Company was formally established after obtaining the business license on December 16, 2009.
In 2009, the company mainly produced ordinary and some simple non-standard laminating machines. In November, it began to develop electric heating film laminating machines. In December, it successfully developed and produced glass laminating machines, officially entering the field of glass machinery.
2010~2011
In January 2010, we successfully developed an electric heating film laminating machine and entered quantitative production. In March, we began to develop roll-to-roll laminating machines, automatic positioning and cutting laminating machines, and began to apply PLC control technology. In February, we registered the company trademark.
In 2011, we successfully developed a variety of aluminum substrate laminating machines, and in April of the same year, we began to research automatic film cutting and laminating machines.
2012
In 2012, we successfully developed automatic glass laminating machines, the second generation wide-width laminating machines for aluminum substrates, and coating and laminating production lines.
2013~2014
In 2013, we successfully developed an automatic ointment production line and an electronic glass automatic laminating machine, and applied for 6 patents. We started to develop the third generation of aluminum substrate laminating machines. On July 7, we started to establish the corporate culture "Wish Come True" class.
In 2014, we continued to apply for 3 patents and successfully developed a woven belt laminating machine, a light guide plate automatic laminating and cutting machine, and a large aluminum plate automatic laminating machine. In March, we successfully developed a large heavy aluminum plate laminating machine, and in December, we successfully developed an aluminum plate backing paper machine and an automatic thickness adjustment lifting system.
2015~2016
In 2015, we successfully developed the fully automatic aluminum plate laminating production line and the automatic loading and unloading system of suction cups. On December 11, we obtained the national high-tech enterprise certificate.
In 2016, we successfully developed the hollow glass laminating machine, which solved the problem of laminating safety glass for hollow doors and windows. The fully automatic online glass laminating production line solved the problem of online laminating of electronic original glass. In May, we passed the ISO9001 quality system certification.
2017~2018
In 2017, we successfully developed an automatic stainless steel strip wrapping machine, which realized the automatic counting function.
In 2018, we successfully upgraded the electric heating film laminating machine, using oil temperature heating, and realized the automatic tension of four copper strips.
2019
In 2019, the insulating glass laminating machine underwent a number of functional upgrades and successfully carried out mass production of multiple specifications. We successfully developed an oil-temperature stainless steel strip fully automatic laminating and fully automatic unwinding and rewinding wrapping machine.
2020
In 2020, the strategic positioning was upgraded, from a single laminating machine to an inline laminating automated production line, and comprehensive adjustments and optimizations were made from market positioning to corporate management and talent introduction. The fully automatic laminating and packaging production line for aluminum substrates and the explosion-proof film laminating production line for insulating glass were successfully developed.
2021
In 2021, we successfully developed a vertical laminating machine with automatic edge-sealing film laminating function. We also successfully developed an automatic laminating production line for kitchen and bathroom glass.
2022
In 2022, we will comprehensively expand the market for large-scale electronic glass coating, from raw glass to deep processing, and solve various processes and film-coating problems in deep processing of electronic glass. We will also enter the glass industry automation connection service.
