Scope of application This equipment is mainly suitable for 3~12mm thick bathroom glass, door and window glass, and automobile glass, covered with 0.03~0.2mm explosion-proof film, decorative film, and protective film. Product features 1. The laminating roller is made of high-quality silicone with moderate hardness. It uses air pressure for pressing and is driven by a servo motor 2. The feeding and discharging platforms use anti-scratch red rubber rollers to protect the product surface from scratches during transportation 3. Both the feeding and discharging platforms are powered and driven by servo motors to ensure the accuracy of transportation and the accuracy of glass spacing control 4. Automatic film cutting function, film cutting uses servo motors to achieve single-knife two-way back and forth film cutting and improve production efficiency 5. The feeding platform has automatic centering positioning and front-end automatic interval positioning functions, and the positioning width can be flexibly adjusted 6. PLC+touch screen control system, imported brands or domestic best brands, fully automatic control 7. The film is installed on the film-releasing air shaft, magnetic powder tension control, and unilateral rotation to install the film, which is quick and convenient. The upper film has the function of collecting release paper 8. The pressure of the laminating part is pneumatically adjusted independently on the left and right sides, which is convenient for adjusting the pressure balance at both ends of the rubber roller 9. The thickness of the laminating product is adjustable, manually adjusted, and both sides can be adjusted independently.
