Scope of application This equipment is mainly suitable for 2~12mm automotive glass, bathroom glass with 0.05~0.15mm explosion-proof film and decorative film. Product features 1. The laminating roller is made of high-quality silicone with moderate hardness. It uses air pressure for lamination and is driven by a servo motor 2. The feeding platform uses scratch-resistant polymer UPE rollers to protect the product surface from scratches during transportation 3. The discharging platform uses a rubber-coated roller platform made of scratch-resistant styrene-butadiene rubber, ensuring smooth transportation of the laminating product 4. Both the feeding and discharging platforms are driven by servo motors to ensure the accuracy of transportation and the accuracy of glass spacing control 5. Automatic film cutting function, using servo motors for film cutting, to achieve single-knife bidirectional back and forth film cutting, improving production efficiency 6. The feeding platform has automatic centering positioning and front-end automatic interval positioning functions, and the positioning width can be flexibly adjusted 7. PLC+touch screen control system, control using imported brands or the best domestic brands, fully automatic control 8. The film is installed on the film-releasing air shaft, magnetic powder tension control, and the film is installed on one side by rotating out, which is quick and convenient 9. The pressure of the laminating part is adjusted independently by pneumatic left and right, which is convenient for adjusting the pressure balance at both ends of the rubber roller 10. The thickness of the laminating product is adjustable, manually adjusted, and both sides can be adjusted independently.
