1. It adopts a gantry structure with a lateral movement system, a lifting system, a rotation system, a flip system, and a vacuum adsorption system. 2. It is suitable for loading glass from a vertical glass rack to a horizontal roller line, or from a horizontal roller line to a vertical glass rack. 3. This manipulator has a successful loading and unloading case for a glass cleaning machine + laminating machine. 4. The position of the upper and lower pieces is adjustable, and the speed of each motion system is adjustable, the glass stacking action is smooth. 5. There is extreme position safety protection to prevent exceeding the range of motion and collision. 6. The glass rack table has a 180-degree rotation function in the horizontal direction, which is convenient for loading and unloading. 7. There are safety guardrails and safety locks around the manipulator.
