This cleaning machine is mainly used for automatic cleaning of thin glass and can adapt to glass thickness of 0.3mm~4mm.

1. The conveyor roller is made of high-quality rubber with moderate hardness. 2. The feeding and discharging platform is powered by a whole rubber-coated roller. 3. Four sets of brush rollers are wrapped with high-quality soft hair. 4. High-pressure blowers and three sets of straight air knives are used. 5. The platform transmission adopts servo motor speed regulation + helical gear transmission. 6. The brush rotation adopts variable frequency motor speed regulation + belt transmission. 7. Siemens PLC control system is used, and touch screen human-computer interaction operation is used. 8. All detection parts use imported photoelectric switches to control the material operation automatically.
