1. The laminating roller is made of high-quality silicone with moderate hardness and pneumatic pressure adjustment. 2. The rubber wheel platform of the anti-scratch product is used, and each platform is driven by an independent servo motor. 3. The Siemens PLC control system is used to complete the operation and parameter setting through the touch screen human-computer interaction interface. 4. The film guide roller is an aluminum alloy tube wrapped with rubber, which can rotate easily without eccentricity, and the film guide is stable and wrinkle-free. 5. The film is placed under magnetic powder tension control, and the film is fixed and rotated on one side to install the film, which is quick and convenient. 6. The laminating pressure cylinder is controlled, the left and right ends can be adjusted separately, and the laminating rubber roller is guided by a linear guide. 7. The laminating thickness is adjustable, and the fine-tuning thickness can be accurate to 0.02mm. 8. There are automatic centering positioning functions and front positioning functions to make the glass conveying position more accurate. 9. There is an automatic film cutting function after laminating, and the double knives cut the film along the edge of the glass, and the film is flush with the edge of the glass.
