Overall Dimension

1. Two groups of rubber rollers, the first group is the laminating rubber roller, and the second group is the auxiliary pressure roller for film cutting. 2. Single-sided or double-sided lamination, the laminating pressure is controlled by air pressure, and the lamination is uniform without bubbles. 3. The pressure of the laminating part is pneumatically adjusted independently on the left and right sides, which is convenient for adjusting the pressure balance at both ends of the rubber. 4. The inlet/outlet platform adopts an anti-static conveyor belt, and the feed conveyor belt has a dust removal function and an adjustable positioning baffle. 5. The film is released by magnetic powder tension control, with one roll of film on the top and the bottom, and a single-arm suspended film loading method, which is convenient and fast to operate. 6. It has an automatic film cutting function, which can realize single-knife bidirectional back and forth film cutting to improve production efficiency. 7. It is driven by a servo motor and controlled by PLC+touch screen. 8. The whole machine has an independent clean room and three groups of FFU filter fans.
