Overall Dimension

1. Two groups of rubber rollers, the first group is the laminating rubber roller, and the second group is the film cutting and auxiliary pressure roller. 2. Single-sided lamination, the laminating effect is uniform without wrinkles and bubbles. 3. The laminating thickness is adjustable and easy to adjust, and the laminating pressure is pneumatically adjusted. 4. The inlet/outlet platform adopts an anti-static conveyor belt, and the inlet end can be connected to the production line for use. 5. There are adjustable eight-shaped roller positioning baffles on both sides of the feed, and the product automatically flows in and automatically centers. 6. The air shaft is used to install the film, and the film is installed by rotating on one side, which is quick and convenient, and the film tension is adjustable. 7. Automatic film cutting function, using a single knife to cut the film back and forth in both directions to improve production efficiency. 8. Servo motors are used for conveying and laminating, with adjustable speed and PLC+touch screen control.
