Overall Dimension

1. Laminating roller: Made of high-quality silicone rubber with moderate hardness, linear guide rails are used for lifting. 2. Laminating pressure: pneumatic pressure, uniform laminating without bubbles, and independent pressure adjustment on the left and right sides of the upper roller. 3. Thickness adjustment: Thickness adjustment uses a thousandth scale adjustment with an accuracy of 0.02mm. 4. Platform: rubber-coated platform wheel, which is processed by external cylindrical grinding for smooth transportation without jumping. 5. Positioning: A positioning column is installed on the left side of the feed, there is a positioning photoelectric at the laminating entrance to control the product spacing. 6. Film placement: The upper single-sided air shaft is used to install the film, fixed on one side, and the other end is rotated out To install the film, it is convenient and quick to install and change the film. 7. Film cutting: After laminating, there is an automatic film cutting function, which cuts in the middle of the two plates with one knife, and the single knife cuts the film back and forth in both directions. 8. Tension control: The film roll tension is controlled by a magnetic powder brake, and the laminating tension is output stably using PLC control. 9. Film guide roller: The film guide roller is an aluminum alloy tube with rubber, which rotates without eccentricity or swinging, making the film guide more stable and wrinkle-free. 10. Transmission: The laminating and feeding/discharging platforms are all driven by servo motors, and the transmission position is accurate. 11. Control: Use PLC+touch screen control system, human-computer interactive operation. There is an automatic fault alarm function.
