It is suitable for roll-to-roll heating bonding or cold lamination of electronic films with a thickness of 0.05~0.2mm. It can also be used for roll-to-roll bonding of PVC film, PE film, PET film, carbon film, double-sided tape, static film, P1 film, copper film, aluminum film, adhesive film and other roll products.
1. Constant tension control system is used, and the surface is flat after lamination without bending, visible bubbles and wrinkles.
2. The unwinding shaft is an inflatable shaft, one side is fixed, and the other side is rotated out for loading, which is convenient and quick to install or replace materials.
3. PLC intelligent control is used, human-computer interactive touch screen operation, and parameter setting is convenient and fast.
4. It is designed with film slitting and trimming functions, and two sets of rewinding shafts. The rewinding shaft and the edge material reel all use inflatable shafts.
5. A set of silicone rollers can be heated for lamination, and a constant temperature automatic control system is used.
6. Both feeding and unloading have automatic deviation correction functions, the laminating pressure is pneumatically adjusted.
7. There is an automatic length and speed display system, and an anti-static mechanism.
