1. Both the unwinding and receiving shafts are equipped with independently adjustable motors and magnetic powder clutches, with independent tension and a low-material alarm function. 2. The machine features automatic width adjustment, automatically positioning according to preset parameters, with the positioning width precisely controlled by a servo motor. 3. All film guide rollers are made of metal to prevent and eliminate static electricity in the film, ensuring smoother, wrinkle-free film feeding and guiding. 4. Magnetic powder tension control is used on the unwinding rollers to ensure constant tension during the laminating process, and the unwinding tension can be easily adjusted. 5. The laminating rollers are pneumatically operated, with a digitally adjustable laminating pressure display and alarms for overpressure and below-set pressure. 6. The laminating power is driven by a variable frequency motor and reducer, ensuring constant and stable speed control. 7. The oil temperature rollers utilize six sets of heating tubes to heat the thermal oil. Keeps the temperature difference on the steel surface within ±2°C. 8. The entire machine is fully automatically controlled by a PLC program. During production, the equipment automatically operates after entering various parameters based on the product. 9. All operating movements and motor failures generate automatic alarms, facilitating troubleshooting. 10. All parameters and production control status can be operated and monitored on the touch screen. 11. It features a pressure detection system with alarms for under- and over-pressure. It also has speed and meter functions, with an alarm for exceeding the set length. 12. It can display various dynamic data and store data related to length and quantity, automatically saving the latest 20 records and providing automatic safety protection. 13. It has a one-touch start function that allows you to access the required lamination specifications with one click, allowing you to begin laminating without any setup.
