Overall Dimension

1. A set of laminating rollers: the upper roller is a high-quality silicone roller, and the lower roller is an oil-heated steel roller. Single-sided, multi-roll laminating is possible. 2. Manual tension adjustment, a tapered cone is used for the film loading shaft, and a single-arm, suspended film unloading method is quick and convenient. 3. The feed uses a positioning ring and a positioning guide to position the material. 4. Real-time temperature monitoring is provided, with temperature sensors on each roller and an alarm for overtemperature. 5. The laminating roller is equipped with a pneumatic pressure sensor for real-time pressure monitoring and alarms for under- and over-pressure. 6. The user interface is simple and easy to understand, making operation more user-friendly. 7. The device has a meter counter and a three-color alarm light that provides an alarm output when an abnormality occurs.
