Overall Dimension

1. Roll-to-roll single-layer lamination with automatic strip waste removal and finished product rewinding. 2. Lamination, rewinding, and scrap collection are all controlled by independent motors with independently adjustable speeds and forward and reverse rotation. 3. The feeder has a positioning slot and a photoelectric sensor switch that automatically adjusts to the press speed. 4. Pneumatic pressure regulation with a laminating pressure display and adjustable pressure for different products. 5. Two laminating rubber rollers offer moderate hardness, ensuring bubble- and wrinkle-free lamination. 6. Unwinding, rewinding, and applying protective film utilize single-sided suspended chrome-plated rods for quick and convenient loading and unloading. 7. The unwinding and protective film applications utilize clamping tensioners for tension adjustment, while the rewinding and scrap collection utilize spring-loaded tensioners for tension adjustment.
