2. Roll-to-roll single-layer lamination with two film unloading racks (optional for upper or lower lamination) allows for automatic strip waste discharge and finished product rewinding.
3. Lamination, rewinding, and scrap collection are all controlled by independent motors with adjustable speeds. Both are capable of forward and reverse operation.
4. Pressure and film thickness are manually adjustable.
5. Two laminating rubber rollers offer moderate hardness, ensuring bubble- and wrinkle-free lamination.
6. Chrome-plated rods are used for unloading, rewinding, and applying protective film, making loading and unloading quick and convenient. Both the rewinding and scrap collection systems are equipped with chucks to ensure smooth rewinding.
7. Magnetic powder tension is adjustable for unloading, rewinding, and scrap collection.
