1. Roll-to-roll single-layer lamination with two film unwinding racks (optional for upper or lower lamination) enables automatic strip waste discharge and finished product rewinding. 2. Lamination, rewinding, and scrap collection are controlled by independent motors, with independently adjustable lamination, rewinding, and scrap collection speeds, including forward and reverse operation. 3. The feeder has a positioning slot and a photoelectric sensor switch, and the feed end is docked with a punch press. 4. Pneumatic pressure regulation with a lamination pressure display and adjustable pressure for different products. 5. Both laminating rollers are coated with high-quality nitrile rubber for moderate hardness, ensuring bubble- and wrinkle-free lamination. 6. The unwinding, rewinding, and protective film application utilize single-sided suspended chrome-plated rods for quick and convenient loading and unloading. 7. The unwinding and protective film application utilize clamping tensioners for tension adjustment, while the rewinding and scrap collection utilize spring tensioners for tension adjustment.
